Listed below are our Handyman Service Rates


RESIDENTIAL RATES
The minimum rate for any residential work is simply $55.00 (Per Visit).  If you call us out to do any work, you will be charged at least the minimum rate. The best thing to do is to make a list of things that need to be done.

Standard Residential Rates:
Mon through Fri, 8 am - 5 pm & Saturdays 9 am - 5 pm

** Call In Emergency/Sundays And After Hours - $85 per hour (trip fee may be added)**

COMMERCIAL RATES
The minimum rate for any commercial work is simply $75.00 (Per Visit). A trip fee will be added for any work over 25 miles. If you call us out to do any work, you will be charged at least the minimum rate. The best thing to do is to make a list of things that need to be done.  If you call us out, and you are not there (missed appointment for service), you will be billed a fee of $55.00 for the service call, no exceptions.

Standard Commercial Rates:
Mon through Fri, 8 am - 5 pm & Saturdays 9 am - 5 pm
$75.00 per hour                                                                                     

** Call In Emergency/Sundays And After Hours - $105 per hour (trip fee may be added)**

Payment Options:
Payment is due in full at the time we complete your services, unless otherwise stated by us. You may pay by cash, check, credit card                         or money order.  We do not extend credit to residential clients, and there is no billing.  Established clients may be given up to 10 days to pay current invoices if there is a problem with them being home and having to mail the payment.  There are no full pre-payment nor monthly contracts either verbally or written establishing full payment for services either rendered and re-occurring.  This is a pay as we do business.  Commercial client payment options vary from client to client and must be discussed and agreed upon verbally and in writing.

Notice: There is a $55.00 service charge (fee) on any and all returned checks, for any reason, no exceptions.

Listed below is information on our Special Fees (subject to change without notice) and our Discounts.

Discounts:
Senior citizens, 60 and older, will receive a 10% discount off all standard rate labor.  You may not combine any other discount, coupon or promotion offered.

Landfill / Disposal Rates:
There is a $90.00 minimum charge for any single trip to the County Landfill (Waste Management Facility) no exceptions.  If we have to haul it off; old junk, material, old parts, etc. to the landfill you will be charged for this service.  We may at our discretion choose to charge $10-$25 per piece (if not a full load) and/or we may refuse to pickup and discard junk items.

Late Charges:
There will be a late charge of 2% or $5.00 (whichever is greater) added to any account that is past due, no exceptions.  On occasion some clients are billed net 10 days.  If you fail to pay us within those 10 days you will be charged a late charge as described above.  Late charges will be calculated every 10 days.  Please pay your bill on time.

Bank Charges:
There is a $55.00 service charge (fee) on any and all returned checks, for any reason, no exceptions.

Pick Up and Delivery Charges:
If we have to pick up job materials, that require a pickup truck, you will be charged a flat rate of $30.00 per truck load for that job (local).  If we have to travel a distance to pickup the materials, there is a flat fee of $85.00 per truck load for that job.  This does NOT include labor/time charges.  This is an additional charge.

on an hourly rate. The best thing to do is to make a list of things that need to be done
in order to receive a combined estimate. Your estimate will always be explained to you
before the job is started.  All jobs estimated above $500.00 will require a deposit.
Deposits will vary depending on the amount of time and size of the job.
